As many of you know, Matthew has pretty much been sick since November. We've been to the doctor numerous times the past three months and we have yet to get a clear ear at any visit. Because of this, Matthew is scheduled to have tubes put in in his ears and his adenoids taken out tomorrow morning, assuming he does not have a fever or appear congested. Sunday night, he started running a fever again so the doctor put him on another round of antibiotics again yesterday.Please pray for our sweet baby that surgery will go smoothly and he will finally feel better again. Also pray for Jason and I as we are nervous about our one-year-old being put to sleep and having surgery. We have struggled with the decision to have the surgery but, in the end, we feel it is necessary for Matthew so that he will feel better and be well again.

We will be praying! I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this. I hope it makes all the difference and little Matthew is feeling much better when it's all over!
Poor baby! I hate that he has been sick again this week. We will be praying for you & Jason to have peace (I remember what a wreck I was when Daniel was put to sleep!) & for the surgery to go well for Matthew. Hopefully, he will feel much better afterwards! Let us know how everything goes!
